MOTORISTS’ OFFENCES
OFFENDERS DEALT WITH At a silting of tbe Magistrate’s Court at Wanganui yesterday, Mr J. H. Salmon, S-M., dealt with the following offences by motorists: — A plea of guilty to riding a bicycle at night without a light was entered by Alfred Waldron Stringer. He was fined £1 and costs.
Toa Waireri Puao was charged with negligent driving, and was fined £2 and costs.
Ajthur Edward Marsh was charged with for allowing a number plate to become obscured. He was fined 10s and costs.
A fine of £1 was imposed on Harold Edward. George for driving at night without exhibiting a tail light on the vehicle.
Charged with dangerous driving in Victoria Avenue, Bichard Charles Bates was fined £3 and costa. On a charge of> driving without exhibiting a tail light on the vehicle he was fined 10s.
John Harold Barnes was fined £1 10s for riding a niotor-eycre at night without lightsJohn Crow was charged with danger's driving and a fine of £3 and costs was imposed.
