AMBULANCE ART UNION
PROFIT OF £14,000 ODD [Per Press Association.! WELLINGTON, Nov. 20. Profits from the recently drawn Free Ambulance Art. Union amounted to £14,242 2s 6d according to an audited statement submitted to the Board today. On behalf of the Board, Mr C- J. BNorwood, chairman of the committee in charge of the art union, complimented it upon the success. He said that the profits shown brought the Board within striking distance of its goal. It only remained for a settlement to be arrived at as to the site of the new building.
