POTATO-PEELING MACHINE [Special to "Chronicle."] AUCKLAND, Nov. 19Putting through 4001bs of potatoes in an hour, 281bs of carrots in four minutes and 121bs of onions in 25 seconds, an electric potato-peeling machine is doing excellent work in the Auckland Hospital nurses’ kitchen.
