ACTING PERSONNEL AND RESIGNATIONS

Reporting to the Wanganui Education Board yesterday the chairman (Air AV. A. Collins) stated: The following arc at present on the teachers’ relieving staff:—Acting sole teachers: E. A. The. following resignations have been received since last meeting: Aliss A. E. Catanach, assistant, Tokorangi; Aliss P. J. Cawood, probationer, College Street. School Commissioners. The following have been appointed school commissioners: Awahuo, Air J. Brown, in place of Air E. J. Harris, who has resigned; Omatanc, Messrs J. AV. Smith and R. Lorton, in place of the committee, the member of which have resigned owing to their removal from the district.
