MILLIONAIRE ARRESTED
COUNTERFEITING CHARGES. VIENNA, Nov. 18. The millionaire trans Atlantic flier, Mr Charles Levine, was mysteriously arrested while entraining for Venice from Seminering. It is alleged that Mr Levine is connected with a counterfeiting plant, which he-yehemently denies. The police allege that he has contact with a Viennese engraver concerning the copying of French coins. The engraver informed the police. A MISUNDERSTANDING. Received Nov. 19, 10.30 pm. VIENNA, Nov. 18. The Levine affair apparently is an ex.raordinary misunderstanding. The latest explanation is that he was ne gotiating for the manufacture of a quantity of tokens for use at a casino, which he is proposing to establish in conjunction with a French syndicate. Ibsaid he ordered the medals to distribut • among friends as presents. One sid ■ was to bear Levine’s portrait.
