Collars must be of good leather and equal to sample sent with tender, to be one inch wide and 22 inches long, with brass labels fixed with rivets, and plainly stamped “PATEA COUNTY, 1931,” numbered consecutively in bundles of 25 each. Tenders to be addressed to Hie Chairman, and marked “Tender for Collars.” COLLECTOR.
