Waving a red flag as a protest against the discharg of Fuji cotton employees, a workman has been sitting on top of a 130 ft. factory chimney at Kawasaki since early on Sunday, regardless of police endeavours to dislodge him, a fire hose not reaching him and smoking him out being ineffective.
