AUCKLAND STATION
THE NEW TERMINAL TO BE USED TO-MORROW [ Per Press Association. ] AUCKLAND, Nov- 15. When an excursion train leaves Auckland for Hamilton to-morrow morning the old railway station, which has been in use since 1885, will be closed. Tomorrow evening the excursion train returning from Hamilton will run into the new station and be the first train to use it. To-morrow nig-t’s limited will be the second.
Simultaneously with the opening of the new station, the new’ Westfield deviation line will be brougnt into use for all passenger trains except those running on the North Auckland line and some suburban lines, which will continue to use the old route via Newmarket.
