ATHLETICS FOR OLYMPIAD GERMANS’ AIM— LOS ANGELES Received Nov. 16, 5.5 p.m. BERLIN, Nov. 16. Germany is preparing to send 120 athletes to Los Angeles for the 1932 Olympiad at a cost of £25,000. The Government is contributing ouc third of the cost.
