ARRANGEMENTS UNALTERED [ PeF Prcw Association. ] WELLINGTON, Nov. 2. Arrangements for the solemn observation of a two-minutes silence on Armistice Day (Tuesday, November 11) will bo the same as last year. The Governor-General has received the following cablegram from the secretary for Dominion Affairs: “His Majesty’ has approved of arrangements for the observance in this country’ of Armistice Day, November 11 on the same lines as in previous years, namely- (1) A short service to be held at tlic Cenotaph on the lines adopted in previous years, including the hymn * O God Our Help in Ages Past.’ (2) Two-minutes silence to be observed at 11 a.m. Local authorities in this country will be asked to arrange for the suspension of all vehicular traffic for two minutes from II a mbut rail and water transport will not be suspended.”
