CHARGE OF THEFT
EX-COUNTY CLERK [ Per Press Association. ] NELSON, Sept. 24. Gilbert Owen Ellis, ex-Collingwood County Council clerk, who was brought back from Perth, was charged this morning with .the theft of ten pounds, the property of the County Council, and was remanded for week. Other charges are impending.
