ZEPPELIN FIRED ON
CROSSING RUSSIA! BORDER. Received Sept. 14, 7.21 p.m. BERLIN, Sept. 13. It is now reported that the Graf Zeppelin was shot at near the Russian border. The Soviet blames the Latvian guards, who answer that they distinctly heard shots fired in Russian territory.
