IN THE ORCHARD
In the orchard, late planting should be attended to as early as possible and all soil should be turned over, trees should have their measure of manure; pruning should not be left any longer, stoned fruit, if in blossom, should not be sprayed now, but pipped fruit may still be sprayed as well as pruned.
