TWO DECLARATIONS REQUEST FOR A DEBATE. LONDON, July 9. When asked in the House of Commons when he would give an opportunity to discuss the Trades Union Council’s and the bankers’ declarations in favour of Empire economic unity, Mr Ramsay MacDonald said that he could not provide time to discuss outside bodies’ pronouncements.
