Ltd. are in receipt of tho following wool market quotation from their London agents, dated May 14, giving the opening rates of the May series and showing tho closing rates of the March series in parentheses: “Fine half-bred 56’s yielding 60 per cent 113 d (lid); coarse halfbred 50’s yielding 65 per cent. lOd (10d); medium crossbred 44/ 46’s preparing yielding 74 per cent lOid (9£d); medium crossbred 44/46’s carding yielding 72 per cent lOd (9); coarse crossbred 40/44’s yielding 73 per cent lOd (9d); low crossbred 36/ 40’s yielding 75 per cent, none (9Jd).”
