Unemployed, men and women may be required to attend approved courses of instruction as a condition of securing unemployment insurance in future. A regulation is to be p..t before the House of Commons by Aliss Alargaret Bondlield, Alinister of Labour, providing for the necessary centres. One of Aliss Bondficl'’s secretaries says that it had been decided to require men or women who have been unemployed for some time to attend these “transfer instructional centres” to ensure that their morale does not suffer unduly.
