SCARF IN WHEEL
WOMAN NEARLY STRANGLED. While a woman, named Mme. Martin was driving in a taxi-cab with her husband in Bordeaux recently her scarf became entangled in one of the wheels, and she nearly met the same fate as Isador Duncan, the famous dancer. Her husband succeeded in cutting the scarf before it strangled her.
