N»w it is reported that Hunting Cry’s fetlock injury has not yielded to treatment as well as anticipated and doubts arc expressed as to whether he will race again. Hunting Cry had to be rested after the Wellington Summer Meeting in January and, in spite of expert attention he is stated to be lamer now than when he was placed out of commission. The trouble is in one of his front fetlocks, which is considerably swollen. At present Hunting Cry is at the head of the list of winning horses for the season, with winnings amounting to £4985, and if he had been able to keep his autumn engagements it is certain that he would have added considerably to this totaL
