PICTURE AND EMBROIDERY EXHIBITION
An exhibition of great interest both to Wanganui and to visitors is being held in Broadway Buildings just now. Mrs V Whiteman, who is celebrated for her delightful paintings of animals, and Mrs H. Ball, whose previous exhibitions of beautiful handworked linen and delicate il undies,’ l al Isent from the Malay States, have always been so popular, have this time joined forces with delightful results. Visitors who want to see the charming work of a well-known Wanganui artist, whose paintings have been bought for most cities ip the Dominion, or who are interested in exquisite and novel handiwork, should not fail to see this splendid show, which will be open for a week.*
