Mrs R. W. Wallace (Kakatahi) is visiting Auckland. Mr and Mrs Hewitt (Marton), Mrs W. L. Fowler and Miss Taylor are motoring to New Plymouth,

Mrs Murray Steuart returns tomorrow from. Wellington. Miss I. McLay, of Turakina Valley, paid a brief visit to Wanganui this week.

Mrs J. B. Graham, who has been on holiday in New Plymouth, is now spending a fortnight in Wanganui before returning to her home in Aro Street, Wellington. Miss A. Nor<i, Gonville, leaves today for Christchurch.

Mr George Heywood (Bristol, England) spent a few days in Wanganui recently as the guest of Mrs Drew, Koromiko Road. Mrs Giblin was hostess this week at a delightful party for Mrs Beauchamp, who leaves for England next month.

Mr and Mrs G. Baddeley have returned to Kakatihi after a holiday at Castlecliff. Mr and Mrs L. B. Barron, who motored through to Auckland for a holiday, have returned home. Miss Q. King, of Tikokino, is spending a holiday in Wanganui and Wellington. Mrs H, G. Jenkins (St. John’s Hill) is visiting Wellington. Misses E. and M. Cowley, of Invercargill, were visitors to Wanganui for the Dickson —Knuckey w'edding.
