BISHOP CLEARY’S ILLNESS
PRAYERS FOR RECOVERY [ Per Press Association.] AUCKLAND, Dec. 5. The condition of Bishop Cleary, the Roman Catholic Bisho*, of Auckland, who has been ill for some weeks, is now giving cause for anxiety. The last Sacraments of the Church were administered this afternoon by Bishop Liston, assisted by Monsignor Cahill. Prayers for Bishop Cleary’s recovery are being olfarcd in the Catholic Churches of the Diocese.
