TO FARMERS-LONG TERM LOANS The Public Trustee has funds available for loans from the Common Fund on approved securities with repayments of principal over terms of 20, 25, 30 or 364 years. The rate of interest is 6 per cent, plus easy sinking fund instalments. If flat mortgages are preferred loans can be arranged for a term of 5 years at the same rate of interest—6 per cent.
