PACIFIC TRADE CONGRESS. GROWING MENACES OF WAR. (Australian Press Assn.) Received August 21, 11 p.m. MOSCOW, Aug. 21. Delegates from eight countries are attending the Congress of Pacific Ocean 2?rade Unions at Vladivostock. The Australian representatives are Messrs O 'Brien Roels and Hannet. In opening the Congress M. Lazoviky, general secretary to the International Trades Union, declared that Russia, which was threatened from east of the Pacific, would be the arena of a coming struggle between the great Imperia! States. He called on delegates to fight the growing menaces of war. H, said the last war produced three revolutions and the next war would produce even more proletarian revolts.
