WANGANUI CLUB SATURDAY’S BOGEY MATCH. Golfers were favoured with perfect weather on Saturday and some really good scores were recorded iu the bogey match at the Belmont links, F. C. Hutchison winning the A grade match, with 2 up. and S. Swan winning the B grade, with 3 up. Detailed results are as follows: A Grade. F. C. Hutchison, B—6, 2 up; H. Christie, 13—10 1 up; H. J. Jones, 16 — 12, 1 up; A. Wilson, 12 —9, all square; H. J. Grieve, 18 —14, all square; R. D. Harding, 10—8, all square. B Grade. S Swan. 22—17, 3 up; D. L. Blyth, 22—17 all square. Cards And Handicaps. Players arc requested to see that their handicaps are properly entered on their cards before putting them in the box in order that they may be more easily checked.

SEAFIELD CLUB MATCH WITH CASTLECLIFF. ( The first inter-club match between Castlecliff and Seafield Golf Clubs took place on Saturday on the Seafield links. The weather conditions were perfect and the fairways in first-class order. In the aggregate Seafield proved victorious, winning 18 games to their opponents’ 10, two games being halved. At the conclusion of the match Air F. Runnerstrum, president of the Sea- ’ field Club, welcomed the visitors. In a I bappy speech Mr J. Dean replied on behalf of the visitors.
