TO FARMERS-LONG TERM LOANS
Tho Public Trustee has funds available for loans from the Common Fund on approved securities with repayments of principal over terms of 20, 25, 30 or 364 years. The rate of interest is 6 per cent, plus easy sinking fund instalmcnts. If flat mortgages arc preferred loans can be arranged for a term of 5 years at the same rate of interest—6 per cent. No procuration fees arc payable on any loans from the Public Trustee. Full particulars will be given and all enquiries answered on application to THE DISTRICT PUBLIC TRUSTEE, WELLINGTON.
