COLLISION AT SEA
KAITUNA BLAMEWORTHY [ Australian Press Assn. ] Received April 16, 10 p.m. MELBOURNE, April 16. The Marine Court found that the collision between the Selje and the "Union Company’s Kaituna on Good Friday night was due- to negligence, Articles 18 anil ' of the collision regulations having been disregarded by the master and third officer of the Kaituna, which alone was blameworthy. Great praise was given the masters of both vessels for their behaviour after the collision.
