INTERESTING CASE LAUNCH AND ITS OWNER [ Per Press Association ] WHANG AR El, April 15. An interesting case was heard in Court to-day when E. Aldridge, of Ru* sell, owner of the launch Ad ma C, was charged with a breach of the Shipping and Seamen Act in that he allowed the launch to go to sea without having the vessel surveyed. Aldridge said that. Zane Grey had chartered the launch and had gone to Whitianga deep-sea fishing. Immediately the launch returned to him he took it to .Auckland and surrendered for survey.
