In the whole memorandum there is no evid nee that the burdens imposed upon Germany can be borne.” THE ALLIES’ DEMANDS PROPHECIES MADE [ Australian Press Assn. 1 PARIS, April 14. Th e Allied experts’ demands presented at the plenary session of tho Reparations Committee will not be decided until Monday when the details will be published. • The average prophecies concerning the Allies’ memorandum appear to indicate that the initial minimum of Germany’s annual payments will be £39,500,000. Half is to be devoted to reparations and half war debts.
