FIRE INSURANCE POLICY
CLAIM BY DALMATIONS [Per Press Association. ] AUCKLAND, April 15. Air Justice Kennedy gave judgment at the Supreme Court against two Dalmatians, who claimed £1450 on a fire insurance policy which was contested by the Australian Provincial Assurance Association on the ground that the policy had been rendered void because plaintiffs, when making the proposed fire insurance, had not. disclosed that the risk had already been declined by another company.
