TRADE WITH RUSSIA
BRITISH DELEGATES RETURN COMMENT BY SOVIET PRESS. [ Australian Press Assn. 1 Received April 15, 10 p.m. MOSCOW, April 15. The majority of the British trade delegates have returned hume. Tne Soviet press reiterates that the next move rests with the British Government. The newspaper Isvestia is insisting that trade development is exclusively dependent upon the resumption of normal diplomatic relation-. Trade must not be allowed to be dependent on party struggles, Britain’s difficulties with her Dominions or Colonies, or upon the failure of British diplomacy in China or Afghanistan.
