DAYLIGHT SITTINGS [ Per Press Association. ] WELLINGTON, April 5. Sir Joseph Ward announces that the Select Committee set up at the close of th© last short session in December will meet at Wellington on April 16 to consider the question of daylight sittings of Parliament.
