DAYLIGHT SAVING SUPPORTED. [ Ter Association | FEILDiING, April 5. The annual meeting of the Farmers’ Union passed a motion in favour of half-hour daylight saving in summer, but not in winter. The meeting aJso expressed renewed concern regarding deteriorated land, suggesting exhaustive research. It also urged a stronger fight against noxious weeds, particularly blackberry and ragwort.
