Dear Children, — IVhat joy the above announcement will bring to yon. fifany of yon I know have found it hard to contain yourselves and possess ipour souls in patience until the much-longed-for moment would arrive, and at last it is here! For the benefit of cur new readers 1 must set out the rules governing our Exchange. They are as follow. — 1. No reader is allowed more than six cards each week2. — All cards forwarded to the Exchange must not be soiled, torn or crumpled. 3.
