THREE COMING ATTRACTIONS
Three Paramount films coming to the Grand are 4 4 The Man of Love. ’ 44 Sins of the Fathers,’ 7 and 44 Close Harmony. ’ 1 “The Man of Love” is a story of the prize ring and is being filmed as an all-dialogue picture at the Paramount studios in Hollywood. It features Mary Brian and Bichard Arlen in the main roles. In his latest Paramount starring film, “Sins of the Fathers,’’ Emil landings plays the part of a GermanAmerican waiter. Jannings himself was born in Brooklyn, but when he was a year old was taken back to Germany by his parents. Ruth Chatterton plays the chief feminine role in 44 Sins of the Fathers.” A well-known jazz band has been engaged for certain scenes of the Charles Rogers’ starring production. 44 Close Harmony,” which is now being made at the Paramount studios. Nancy Carroll appears opposite Rogers, others in the cast being Jack Oakie and 44 Sheets’’ Gallagher.
