FINAL SESSION TO OPEN NEXT WEEK -li ish Official Wireless.) RUGBY/Oct. 28. The King will open the final session of the present Parliament with the customary pageantry on Tuesday week, and it is understood that Cabinet, at a meeting on Monday, will further consider details of the legislative programme ami the subjects to be mentioned in the Speech from the Throne. It is anticipated that with .he exception of finance, the business of the session will be restricted almost entirely to the reform of rating and of local government, and consultations are now taking place almost daily between the Minister of Health and representatives of the local authorities and other bodies affected by the Government’s rating schema.
