PEACE DISTURBERS
CHARGES ARE DISMISSED (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON. Aug. 27. As the result of a disturbance at a social at Rukerau Bay three men— Charles Johansen, Frank Stewart, and George Al. Lacey- were charged with behaving in a disorderly manner, using obscene language, and committing misI chief to the, value of £3. It was stated that the accused paid for admittance and there was free access to a quantity of beer. Accused used language an I behaved disorderly and during a fight a tray of glasses was broken. The Magistrate (Air E. Page) held that the place was not a public one ami that the mischief was not inten Lional. He dismissed the charges.
