WE have been instructed by the Public Trustee, acting in the Estate of the late W. J. Taylor, to offer by Public Auction, that well-known property situated at Waikupa, Okoia, consisting of 565 J acres. The property varies from good top flats to undulating country and is all in grass with the exception of about 30 acres standing bush which is kept for shelter.
