A BUTTER SHIPMENT
VACUUM PROCESS EXPERIMENT [ Australian Press Assn.—United Service ] LONDON, June 25. The experimental shipment of 20 tins of Taranaki butter by the steamship Devon, under the vacuum process, turned out in splendid condition. Experts consider that the type of container is inconvenient, and suggest that a new form is necessary before the process can be successful.
