THE WEATHER. The Government Meteorologist iast night issued the following weather forecast: — Indications are for northerly winds north of New Plymouth and Napier, later backing to south, and south-east, westerlies prevailing hence southwards, but a southerly change is advancing from the south. The wind is increasing generally and will reach gale : orce at places especially on the East Coast and in the far north. The weather is becoming unsettled with, rain developing in most districts. t
