RECENT RECOMMENDATIONS REQUEST BY FARMERS. [ Ter Tress Association ] NAPIER, June 25. The Hawke’s Bay Agricultural and Pastoral {Society this morning resolved to circularise all similar societies in the Dominion with a request for support for the following resolution for presentation to the Prime Minister: “That the joint recommendations unanimously adopted by the representatives of both primary and secondary industries at the recent industrial conference be given effect to, and the Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Act be amended accordingly. ’’ Each society was asked to join in urging the Prime Minister to give force of law to the recommendations.
