Beautiful and interesting as th« whole river is, the part from the TTonse boat down to Pip’iriki is the best of all. The great walls close in, rising sheet from the water’s edge. Surmounting them are stately hills, whose tree crowned erests rise to kiss the heavens, and over all is spree q a glorious mantle of vegetation. Such wealth of foliage, such harmonious blending of colours, such magnificence is displayed, the picture is a perfect scenic, masterpiece. KRANE is the cheese which spreads on your bread and is wasteless.
