CHANGS FORTUNE SON DECLARES IHS POLICY. [ Australian Press Assn.—United Service) SHANGHAI, June 22. Following the notification of Marshal Chang Tso Lin’s death, his son declares that he will spend his father’s fortune of 10,000,000 dollars in promoting the advancement of education in the three Easter Provinces. He desires peace with the Nationalists on terms of equality, and in resuming foreign relations he desires the abrogation of unequal treaties. The deceased dictator’s son succeeds his father as ruler of Manchuria.
