WANGANUI ACCLIMATISATION SEASON. GAME SHOOTING SEASON. SEASON opens on May 1, and is as follows: —Pukeko from May 1 to May 31. Other native and imported game, May 1 to July 31. Licenses, £1 each, may be obtained at the Wanganui. Fordell, and Mangamahu Post Offices- Native pigeons are uusolutely protected. Express (ex Wellington 2.0 p.m.) leaves Palmerston North 5.7 p.m., Feilding 5.30 pm., Marton 6.30 p.m. for Auckland. Limited Express (ex Wellington 7.15 p.m.) leaves Palmerston North 9.57 p.m., Marton 10.56 p.m. for Auckland.
