SEAFIELD CLUB
INAUGURAL SMOKE CONCERT A large and enthusiastic gathering of members of the Seafield Golf Club gathered together at the Victoria League Rooms on Thursday evening to celebrate the first smoke concert held by the Club. The concert was a huge success, a splendid evening’s entertainment being provided by the members, in music, song and story. Air R. G. AlcNiven, president, presided, while Mr E. R. Runnerstrum (chairman of directors) occupied the vice-chair. Apologies were received from Alessrs Palmer-Jones, J. R. Foster, O. P. Brown, and T. H. Pargeter. This afternoon a medal competition will be held at the Seafield links for which players are requested to select their own partners.
