MRS HUTCHINSON’S SALE TO-DAY John Coull will sell on behalf of Mrs G. Hutchinson at her residence 38 Keith Street, to-day (Saturday), begining at 1.30 p.m. Firstly the dwelling which comprises seven rooms in good section, and secondly the whole of the contents of the residence. A list of the articles to be sold will be found in our auction columns of this issue and readers note that the complete contents of the residence will be sold. Those include a piano, a gramophone, a Singer drophead sewing machine .dining, bed-room and kitchen furniture, blankets and general household linen, kitchen requisites, tools and sundries. Everything is for absolute clearance.

Attention is drawn to an advertisement in our auction columns in this issue, wherin the government are offering to lease by auction a sub-divi-sion of the former Moumahaki State Experimental and Demonstration Farm. It is seldom that propositions such a~s this are offered to the public on such easy terms. Readers may obtain particulars from the Lands Department at Wellington.
