TO-DAY’S EVENTS TWO TROPHIES TO BE RACED FOR Racing for the Wilson Cup and the McFarlane trophy will be held this afternoon. commencing at 2.30 o’clockThe outboard motors will race for the McFarlane trophy in three heats on sealed handicaps. It is hoped that all owners will enter their boats in the Wilson Cup event, in anticipation of a good afternoon’s sport. The following handicaps have been declared by Mr D. Weir for the Wilson Cup, the distance being 2} miles:—Waipa, 21min. 4sec.; Dorothea, llmin. 14sec.; Ferro, 9min. 4sec.- Cyclone scratch.
