STEAMER GOES ASHORE
PASSENGERS AND CREW SAFE. (A. & N.Z.) SYDNEY, March 27. The coastal steamer Merimbula, bound for southern ports, is ashore at Abraham’s Bosom, near Jervis Bay. She was stranded in thick weather. The crew and 13 passengers landed safely.
