TREMENDOUS TRADING LOSSES ON WALL STREET. (A. & N.Z.) NEW YORK, March 27. The market again smashed a record with total sales of 4,655,900 shares. Millions of dollars of paper profits were w’iped out during a frenzied session, when General Motors dropped 18£ points in early dealings. Stock closed relatively strong, but not enough to make up for the losses. The “ticker** fell behind during the first hour, and never caught up. Brokers’ clerks are working late hours every night, but are receiving large bonuses.
