As will be seen from the conditions, anyone who listens-in to l -YA may record his or her vote, but only one vote is" allowed each listener. | Progress reports will be published, and it is hoped to obtain the opinions of la majority of those who listen-in. | In regard to ‘’Church Services 0 voters should indicate their preference either for services from their own church or a rotation of services from all churches; in this last event, listeners should vote for “Church Services— I Varied. ” CONDITIONS: '1 he conditions of the plebiscite w-ill be as follows; °tes must be recorded on the form printed below, and the full name and address of the voter, written legibly, must be applied. -• —The plebiscite is based on a preferential voting system, and no person may vote more than once.
