THE WEATHER. I Indications are for north to west winds, north of Westport and Akaroa, southwesterly .thence southward, and gradually extending to other districts; winds moderate to fresh north of Cape Egmont, and Castlepoint and strong to gale later. The weather will be unsettled and squally, with some rain, but only scattered, north of New Plymouth and Napier, with cool temperatures.
